I am a Founder and Managing Partner at Storm Capital, an early-stage venture capital fund that invests in innovative and impactful startups in North LATAM. With over nine years of experience in the tech ecosystem, I have backed some of the region's most promising companies, such as Rappi, one of the fastest-growing unicorns in Latin America.

My expertise lies in bridging the gap between public and private sectors and finding scalable solutions for the region's challenges and opportunities in energy, climate, governments, and people. I have a master's degree in urban economic development from UCL, a specialization in commercial business management from Universidad del Norte, and a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Universidad de los Andes. I also serve on the board of several organizations that promote entrepreneurship in the Caribbean region, such as Endeavor Caribe. I am passionate about startups and the cities they inhabit, and I strive to create value and positive change for both.
