Five One Labs is an international startup incubator that helps talented entrepreneurs from diverse communities launch their startups. Our vision is to develop an inclusive network of innovators and entrepreneurs globally with the support, skills, and connections to impact their communities positively and to provide advisory support to scalable startups looking to launch or grow their businesses. 

The idea for Five One Labs started in 2016 when Alice and her cofounder, Patricia, began researching while in graduate school. Alice's inspiration came from her work at the UN Refugee Agency, where she saw the need for more innovative ideas directly from refugees themselves. The idea was to establish an international startup incubator that would support talented entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds, particularly in conflict-affected regions. Since 2017, Five One Labs has successfully run 10 incubators in diverse cities, fueling the dreams of countless aspiring entrepreneurs. And our journey has taken a thrilling leap as we have launched our latest incubator in Barranquilla!
