Meet the Founder: Ammar Elhassani

My name is Ammar Elhassani from Baghdad, Iraq, and I am a Computer Engineer, Information Technology, and Security Specialist. I also am CEO and Founder of TechGigz Platform, which includes our shining star project TechGigz Store, the first Iraqi e-commerce mobile application and website specializing in electronics, smart home appliances, gaming gear, and accessories, etc.

About Techgigz 

Techgigz for technology news and media was founded in 2017. We built our unique tech lover audience by delivering the latest technology news without any biased opinion and an open-minded way to our followers throughout the world with a simplified Arabic language that is easy to understand, including a non-tech persona, free of jargon or too technical idioms.

Techgigz Store was founded in 2019; as a team, we decided to launch our e-commerce website to our loyal audience. After working so hard on this project by building the website and collecting unique products, contracting with worldwide brands, and creating the marketing strategy, we launched Techgigz store, as the first Iraqi e-Commerce website specialized in electronics, smart home appliances, gaming gears, accessories, and more.

In 2020 we launched our mobile e-commerce application on both iOS and Android platforms.
